Catch This Tee Catering Frequently asked questions
general questions
1. What is the guaranteed attendance policy?
To best serve you, we require a guaranteed attendance number at least 7 business days before your event. Attendance can be increased after this deadline, but cancellations or decreases cannot be accommodated.
2. What happens if I need to increase attendance last minute?
If you need to increase attendance within 24 hours of the event, additional charges may apply due to the logistical challenges it creates. These charges are at the discretion of Catch This Tee Catering & Events LLC.
3. Do you provide catering decor setup?
Yes, catering decor setup is available for an additional charge. Please inquire for more details.
4. Do you travel outside of your local area?
Yes, we travel worldwide to cater your events.
5. I want a menu item not listed; do you provide other items?
Yes, we offer personalized consultations and menu customizations to accommodate your preferences.
6. Do you offer tastings for my event prior to the date?
Yes, tastings are available for an additional cost.
Payment and Deposits
7. What are the payment options?
Payments can be made via cash, credit card, or personal check (with a one-week lead time for acceptance). A deposit of $300 is required to secure your date, along with a 10% non-refundable deposit of the total invoice amount.
8. When is the final payment due?
Final payment is due no later than 30 business days before your event. A $10 fee will be incurred for each day the balance remains unpaid after this deadline.
Cancellation Policy
9. What is the cancellation policy?
If you cancel a  contract, the penalties are as follows:
   •    100% of the contracted food minimum, including service charges and taxes, if canceled 60 days or less before the event.
   •    75% if canceled 91-180 days prior.
   •    0% if canceled 181 days or more in advance.
Food Safety and Leftovers
10. What is the policy on leftovers?

Due to food safety regulations, we cannot allow leftovers to be consumed by guests after the event. We prioritize safety and cannot assume liability for any leftover food.

11. Will there be many leftovers?

With our experienced chef, we strive to ensure minimal leftovers, ensuring your event is both delicious and efficient.

Tax and Service Charges
12. Are there any additional charges?

An 18% taxable service charge will be applied to all food, beverage, and rental items for events with 50 or more guests.

Consultations
13. Do you provide free consultations?

Yes, one 30-minute consultation is included with each booking. Additional consultation time will incur a $25 fee.
